Group Walks

Nordic Walk for Life! walks are offered in the greater Twin Cities on the first Sunday of the month and, when daylight permits, on the third Thursday evening of the month.

Come enjoy the camaraderie of walking together, and explore the parks with us!

Learn and practice the basics of Nordic walking, including proper technique and use of equipment, in a fun and relaxed setting.

Nordic Walking for Everyone

Geared toward the beginning Nordic walker, but also suitable for novice walkers who wish to review and practice technique in a fun group environment.

Intermediate Nordic Walking

Improve your Nordic walking technique, and learn fun and helpful exercises to build strength, coordination and flexibility. Class is somewhat more strenuous than beginning level class.
