Join other Nordic walkers and friends for a fun and relaxing weekend up on the North Shore of Lake Superior! We’ll enjoy the fall by walking trails, dining together, and exploring the area around Grand Marais - with the historic Cascade Lodge as our home base. The weekend includes: 

• Friday evening social and presentations by local experts 
• Nordic walking lesson: How to build strength and reduce strain by relaxing MORE! 
• 3 guided walks on trails in the Cascade/Grand Marais area 
• Time for shopping/sightseeing in Grand Marais 
• Saturday evening Nordic walking entertainment

Cost: $89 (meals not included)

Beginners and non-Nordic walkers are also welcome!
